لَا يَدْعُوَنَّكَ ضِيقٌ لَزِمَكَ فِي عَهْدِ اللَّهِ إِلَى النَّكْثِ فَإِنَّ صَبْرَكَ عَلَى ضِيقٍ تَرْجُو انْفِرَاجَهُ وَفَضْلَ عَاقِبَتِهِ خَيْرٌ لَكَ مِنْ عُذْرٍ تَخَافُ تَبِعَتَهُ وَتُحِيطُ بِكَ مِنَ اللَّهِ لِأَجْلِهِ الْعُقُوبَةُ

احْتَمِلْ مَا يَمُرُّ عَلَيْكَ فَإِنَّ الِاحْتِمَالَ سَتْرُ الْعُيُوبِ وَإِنَّ الْعَاقِلَ نِصْفُهُ احْتِمَالٌ وَنِصْفُهُ تَغَافُلٌ

One whose tolerance increases becomes noble
مَنْ كَثُرَ حَمْلُهُ نَبُلَ

One who adorns himself with forbearance, his recklessness subsides

One who seeks the support of forbearance against you defeats you and acts graciously towards you

Show clemency and you will be put forward (or you will advance)

Steadfastness is safety

One who remains steadfast is not bereft of safety

One who wishes for security keeps himself steadfast on the straight path

There is no path that is nobler than steadfastness
