The worst of judges is one whose judgments are oppressive
شَرُّ الْقُضَاةِ مَنْ جَارَتْ أَقْضِيَتُهُ [قَضِيَّتُهُ]

One of the most excellent choices and best precautions [and supports] is for you to be just in your ruling (or judgment) and to carry it out among the special and the ordinary [people] equally
