الشك يوجب الشرك
الشَّكُّ كُفْرٌ
Doubt [in the existence of God] is disbelief

Doubt leads to polytheism

بِدَوَامِ الشَّكِّ يَحْدُثُ الشِّرْكُ
By continued doubt [in God], polytheism comes about

مَنِ ارْتَابَ بِالْإِيمَانِ أَشْرَكَ
One who entertains doubt in his faith [in one God] becomes a polytheist
