الإحسان رأس الفضائل
الْكَرَمُ فَضْلٌ الْوَفَاءُ نُبْلٌ
Munificence is excellence and loyalty is nobility

رَأْسُ الْفَضَائِلِ اصْطِنَاعُ الْأَفَاضِلِ
The pinnacle of excellence is doing good to the virtuous

الْمَعْرُوفُ فَضْلٌ الْكَرَمُ نُبْلٌ
Benevolence is merit, munificence is nobility

الْإِحْسَانُ رَأْسُ الْفَضْلِ
Kindness is the pinnacle of excellence

الْفَضْلُ مَعَ الْإِحْسَانِ
Merit is [acquired] with benevolence

الْإِفْضَالُ أَفْضَلُ الْكَرَمِ
Conferring favours is the most excellent munificence

اصْطِنَاعُ الْعَاقِلِ أَحْسَنُ فَضِيلَةٍ
The good turn done by an intelligent (or an honourable) person is most excellent [in] merit

لَا فَضِيلَةَ أَجَلُّ مِنَ الْإِحْسَانِ
There is no merit loftier than benevolence

لَا مَنْقَبَةَ أَفْضَلُ مِنَ الْإِحْسَانِ
There is no virtue greater than benevolence

فَضِيلَةُ الْإِنْسَانِ بَذْلُ الْإِحْسَانِ
The merit of a person is [lies in] doing good to others
