حد العقل
حَدُّ الْعَقْلِ النَّظَرُ فِي الْعَوَاقِبِ وَالرِّضَا بِمَا يَجْرِي بِهِ الْقَضَاءُ
The [highest] limit of the intellect is considering the consequences [of actions] and being pleased with what has been decreed [by Allah]

حَدُّ الْعَقْلِ الِانْفِصَالُ عَنِ الْفَانِي وَالِاتِّصَالُ بِالْبَاقِي
The peak of intellect is separation from the perishing and attachment to the everlasting

إِنَّمَا الْعَقْلُ التَّجَنُّبُ [فِي التَّجَنُّبِ] مِنَ الْإِثْمِ وَالنَّظَرُ فِي الْعَوَاقِبِ وَالْأَخْذُ بِالْحَزْمِ
Intellect is nothing but eschewing sin, considering the consequences [of one’s actions] and being [resolute and] prudent
