الطاعة نعم الوسيلة
الطَّاعَةُ أَحْرَزُ عَتَادٍ
Obedience is the most protective of accoutrements

الطَّاعَةُ أَوْفَى [أَوْقَى] حِرْزٍ
Obedience is the most protective (or most reliable) safeguard

الطَّاعَةُ لِلَّهِ أَقْوَى سَبَبٍ
Obedience to Allah is the strongest means [of attaining success in both worlds]

بِحُسْنِ الطَّاعَةِ يُعْرَفُ الْأَخْيَارُ
By [their] virtuous obedience, the righteous ones are known

دَرَكُ الْخَيْرَاتِ بِلُزُومِ الطَّاعَاتِ
Achievement of goodness is through maintaining obedience

طَاعَةُ اللَّهِ مِفْتَاحُ كُلِّ سَدَادٍ وَصَلَاحُ كُلِّ فَسَادٍ [وَ مَعَادٍ]
Obedience to Allah is the key to [every] right action and the rectification of [every] corruption (or of the Hereafter)

طَاعَةُ اللَّهِ سُبْحَانَهُ أَعْلَى عِمَادٍ وَأَقْوَى عَتَادٍ
Obedience to Allah, the Glorified, is the highest pillar and the strongest accoutrement

مُلَازَمَةُ الطَّاعَةِ خَيْرُ عَتَادٍ
Espousing obedience [to Allah] is the best accoutrement [for the Hereafter]

نِعْمَ الْوَسِيلَةُ الطَّاعَةُ
How good a means [of attainting closeness to Allah] obedience is!

الْحُظْوَةُ عِنْدَ الْخَالِقِ بِالرَّغْبَةِ فِيمَا لَدَيْهِ الْحُظْوَةُ عِنْدَ الْمَخْلُوقِ بِالرَّغْبَةِ عَمَّا فِي يَدَيْهِ
Favour is gained in the sight of the Creator by yearning for that which is with Him; favour is gained with the creatures by turning away from what they possess

الطَّاعَةُ تُطْفِئُ غَضَبَ الرَّبِّ
Obedience extinguishes the anger of the Lord

رِضَى اللَّهِ سُبْحَانَهُ مَقْرُونٌ بِطَاعَتِهِ
The pleasure of Allah, the Glorified, is linked to His obedience

مَنْ عَمِلَ بِطَاعَةِ اللَّهِ كَانَ مَرْضِيّاً
One who acts in obedience to Allah, he is well pleased with [by Allah]

مَنْ بَادَرَ إِلَى مَرَاضِي اللَّهِ سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَأَخَّرَ عَنْ مَعَاصِيهِ فَقَدْ أَكْمَلَ الطَّاعَةَ
One who hastens towards the actions that please Allah, the Glorified, and delays acts of disobedience to Him has indeed perfected [his] obedience

مَنْ أَطَاعَ اللَّهَ اجْتَبَاهُ
Whoever obeys Allah, He chooses him [to be among those who are close to Him]

الطَّاعَةُ مَتْجَرٌ رَابِحٌ
Obedience [to Allah] is a profitable trade

الْعَمَلُ بِطَاعَةِ اللَّهِ أَرْبَحُ
The action done in obedience to Allah is more profitable

الطَّاعَةُ وَفِعْلُ الْبِرِّ هُمَا الْمَتْجَرُ الرَّابِحُ
Obedience and virtuous actions are the two profitable trades

الْعَمَلُ بِطَاعَةِ اللَّهِ أَرْبَحُ وَلِسَانُ الصِّدْقِ أَزْيَنُ وَأَنْجَحُ
Action in obedience to Allah is more beneficial, and being truthful is more beautiful and [makes one more] successful

أَطِعْ تَغْنَمْ
bey [Allah] and you will benefit

أَطِعْ تَرْبَحْ
Obey [Allah] and you will gain

إِنَّكُمْ إِنْ رَغِبْتُمْ إِلَى اللَّهِ غَنِمْتُمْ وَنَجَوْتُمْ وَإِنْ رَغِبْتُمْ إِلَى الدُّنْيَا خَسِرْتُمْ وَهَلَكْتُمْ
Indeed if you desire [closeness to] Allah, you will become prosperous and will be saved, whereas if you desire the [attainment of this] world, you will be at a loss and will be destroyed

تَاجِرِ اللَّهَ تَرْبَحْ
Do business with Allah and you will profit

فِي الطَّاعَةِ كُنُوزُ الْأَرْبَاحِ
In obedience [to Allah] there are treasures of benefit

مَنْ أَطَاعَ رَبَّهُ مَلَكَ
One who obeys his Lord gains authority

مَنْ عَمِلَ بِطَاعَةِ اللَّهِ مَلَكَ
One who acts in obedience to Allah gains [prosperity]

مَنِ اتَّخَذَ طَاعَةَ اللَّهِ بِضَاعَةً [صِنَاعَةً] أَتَتْهُ الْأَرْبَاحُ مِنْ غَيْرِ تِجَارَةٍ
Whoever takes the obedience of Allah as his merchandise, profits come to him without any trade

مَنْ عَمِلَ بِطَاعَةِ اللَّهِ سُبْحَانَهُ لَمْ يَفُتْهُ غُنْمٌ وَلَمْ يَغْلِبْهُ خَصْمٌ

لَا تَعَرَّضْ لِمَعَاصِي اللَّهِ سُبْحَانَهُ وَاعْمَلْ بِطَاعَتِهِ يَكُنْ لَكَ ذُخْراً
Never belittle the small sins, for they are indeed dangerous [and destructive]; and one who is surrounded by his belittled [sins] is destroyed by them
