رابطة الدنيا و الآخرة :طلاق الدنيا مهر الجنة
الْحَازِمُ مَنْ تَرَكَ الدُّنْيَا لِلْآخِرَةِ
The judicious person is one who abandons this world for the sake of the Hereafter

الرَّابِحُ مَنْ بَاعَ الْعَاجِلَةَ بِالْآجِلَةِ
The [true] winner is one who has sold this transitory life for the [eternal] Hereafter

بِيعُوا مَا يَفْنَى بِمَا يَبْقَى وَتَعَوَّضُوا بِنَعِيمِ الْآخِرَةِ عَنْ شَقَاءِ الدُّنْيَا
Sell that which perishes for that which remains and exchange the wretchedness of this world for the abundant bounties of the Hereafter

مَنِ ابْتَاعَ آخِرَتَهُ بِدُنْيَاهُ رَبِحَهُمَا
One who buys his Hereafter with his worldly life, gains both of them

الرَّابِحُ مَنْ بَاعَ الدُّنْيَا بِالْآخِرَةِ وَاسْتَبْدَلَ بِالْآجِلَةِ عَنِ الْعَاجِلَةِ
The gainer is one who has sold this world for the Hereafter and has exchanged the transient for the eternal

الْمَغْبُونُ مَنْ شُغِلَ بِالدُّنْيَا [مَنْ شَغِلَ الدُّنْيَا] وَفَاتَهُ حَظُّهُ مِنَ الْآخِرَةِ
Deceived is the one who is occupied with the world and loses his share of the Hereafter

أَوْفَرُ النَّاسِ حَظّاً فِي الْآخِرَةِ أَقَلُّهُمْ حَظّاً مِنَ الدُّنْيَا
Those who have the greatest share of the Hereafter are those who have the smallest share of this world

أَغْنَى النَّاسِ فِي الْآخِرَةِ أَفْقَرُهُمْ فِي الدُّنْيَا
The best-off people in the Hereafter are the poorest of them in this world

أَسْعَدُ النَّاسِ بِالدُّنْيَا التَّارِكُ لَهَا وَأَسْعَدُهُمْ بِالْآخِرَةِ الْعَامِلُ لَهَا
The happiest of all people with this world is the one who abandons it and the happiest of them with the Hereafter is the one who works for it

إِنْ كُنْتُمْ لِلنَّعِيمِ طَالِبِينَ فَأَعْتِقُوا أَنْفُسَكُمْ مِنْ دَارِ الشَّقَاءِ
If you are after [abundant] bliss than free yourselves from the abode of wretchedness

وَأَزْمَعَ [و إن مع] التَّرْحَالَ عِبَادُ اللَّهِ الْأَخْيَارُ وَبَاعُوا قَلِيلًا مِنَ الدُّنْيَا لَا يَبْقَى بِكَثِيرٍ مِنَ الْآخِرَةِ لَا يَفْنَى
The righteous servants of Allah have decided to depart and have sold the little of this world that does not last for the abundance of the Hereafter that does not perish

طَلَاقُ الدُّنْيَا مَهْرُ الْجَنَّةِ
Divorcing this world is the dowry for Paradise

ظَفِرَ بِفَرْحَةِ الْبُشْرَى مَنْ أَعْرَضَ عَنْ زَخَارِفِ الدُّنْيَا
He who turns away from the embellishments of this world gains the joy of the glad tidings [of Paradise]

قَلِيلُ الدُّنْيَا يَذْهَبُ بِكَثِيرِ الْآخِرَةِ
Little of this world takes away a lot of the Hereafter

مَنْ عَمَّرَ دُنْيَاهُ خَرَّبَ مَالَهُ
One who builds his world destroys his place of return [in the Hereafter]

مَنْ رَغِبَ فِي نَعِيمِ الْآخِرَةِ قَنِعَ بِيَسِيرِ الدُّنْيَا
One who desires the blessings of the Hereafter is contented with the little [he has] of this world

مَنْ طَالَ حُزْنُهُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ فِي الدُّنْيَا أَقَرَّ اللَّهُ عَيْنَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَأَحَلَّهُ دَارَ الْمُقَامَةِ
One whose grief over his soul is prolonged in this world, Allah will give him delight on the Day of Resurrection and put him in the Eternal Abode [in Paradise]

مَا نَقَصَ فِي الدُّنْيَا زَادَ فِي الْآخِرَةِ
That which [one] diminishes in this world, [he] increases in the Hereafter

مَرَارَةُ الدُّنْيَا حَلَاوَةُ الْآخِرَةِ
The bitterness of this world is the sweetness of the Hereafter

لَا يُدْرِكُ أَحَدٌ مَا يُرِيدُ مِنَ الْآخِرَةِ إِلَّا بِتَرْكِ مَا يَشْتَهِي مِنَ الدُّنْيَا
No one attains what he wishes for in the Hereafter except by abstaining from that which he desires in this world

زُهْدُ الْمَرْءِ فِيمَا يَفْنَى عَلَى قَدْرِ يَقِينِهِ بِمَا يَبْقَى
A person’s renunciation of that which perishes is proportionate to his certainty about that which is everlasting
